Robert Buckler has undergraduate degrees (B.A., B.Ed.) and a Master’s in Education (M.Ed.). Robert holds a General Licence (OLCM designation) through the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO), is a real estate broker with Century 21 Heritage Group Ltd., and is a Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) through the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO). Robert completes the required professional development education, as required to maintain his General Licence with the CMRAO and his real estate broker’s license through the Real Estate Council of Ontario. He also regularly attends industry events, conferences, and seminars.
Beredan Management & Consulting Inc. is a condominium management provider, licensed under the Condominium Management Services Act, 2015 (CMSA) with the CMRAO. Robert holds a General Licence and is the Principal Condominium Manager for Beredan.
Robert’s other experience in the industry includes:
- Teaches the Excellence in Condominium Management course for the CMRAO, which he authored
- Currently a board member for a subsidized housing provider in Toronto
- Taught for the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario and the OREA Real Estate College
- Served as a member/chair of the Committee of Adjustment for the city of Vaughan
- Robert contributes to the industry by volunteering on committees, attending events, writing articles, and presenting at conferences and seminars.
