Boards of Directors face challenges as volunteers. Robert Buckler has supported condominium boards in many ways, such as:

• Facilitating a Management Selection Service to help the board select a new condominium management provider using a formal procurement process.
• Assisting boards on any matter or issue relating to the affairs of the condominium corporation in tandem with the condominium management provider and other professionals working on behalf of the corporation.
• Supporting boards by preparing the required documents for an owners’ meeting, drafting Information Certificates, chairing a meeting, selecting new software, managing projects, etc.
• Recruiting in-house management and other staff.
